Return Refund Shipping Cancelation (POLICY)

1. Make-to-Order Policy (Non-Returnable Items)

At Stree Shop, most of our premium bridal, groom wear, and ethnic fabrics are Make-to-Order or customized to your specific requirements.

  • No Returns/Exchanges: Because these items are manufactured specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or preference.

  • Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect verified by our team.

2. Return Process for Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Proof Required: Please email info@streeshop.com or WhatsApp us at +91 82009 56876 with clear photos and an unboxing video of the damaged product.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Refund Policy

  • Verification: Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After Production: Since our products are Make-to-Order, cancellations are not permitted once the fabric has been cut or the manufacturing process has started.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Processing Time

As a Make-to-Order brand, our production timelines vary:

  • Standard Fabrics: 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Custom/Heavy Bridal Wear: 15–21 business days (or as communicated by your account manager).

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 10–15 business days depending on customs clearance.

3. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the bulk order and the delivery location. For B2B bulk orders, shipping terms may be discussed separately with our logistics team.
