Welcome to Stree Shop (A RAST Group Venture). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.streeshop.com and the purchase of our premium fabrics and apparel. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Age: Users must be 18 years or older to enter into a binding contract. Minors may use the site only under the supervision of a legal guardian.

B2B Use: If you are using this website on behalf of a business entity (Boutique, Brand, or Wholesaler), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Stree Shop reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
2. MAKE-TO-ORDER & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Custom Production: Most products on Stree Shop are "Make-to-Order." Production begins only after order confirmation.

No Returns/Cancellations: Once a Make-to-Order request has entered the production phase (usually 12 hours after order placement), the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of ethnic fabrics and digital screen settings, slight variations in color, weave, or embroidery may occur. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Taxes: Prices are subject to GST and other applicable statutory taxes as per Indian Law.

B2B Pricing: Wholesale or bulk pricing is subject to specific MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities).

Payment Security: We use encrypted payment gateways. Stree Shop does not store your credit/debit card information.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates. Make-to-Order items typically require 7–21 business days for production before dispatch.

Verification: Shipping addresses and Pincodes are verified against our logistics database. If a location is non-serviceable, the buyer must provide an alternative address.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to the user upon delivery to the carrier.

5. DAMAGED GOODS & GRIEVANCES

Damaged on Arrival: Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is damaged during transit or has a significant manufacturing defect.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product, the user must provide a continuous unboxing video as proof.

Reporting Window: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Stree Shop (RAST Group). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stree Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific product in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
